This policy explains how Fuoco & Farina uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can manage them. We keep this to the bare minimum: the site works without setting any non-essential cookies unless you choose to enable them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies such as local storage can hold small amounts of data in your browser too. Both can be “strictly necessary” (needed for the site to function) or non-essential (for things like maps, analytics or advertising).

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The interactive map is off by default. It loads only after you consent, either through the cookie banner or the “Load interactive map” button on the map itself.
Third-party services
- Google Maps: when enabled, the map is served by Google and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Reservations: the “Reserve” buttons open our booking partner in a new tab. Any cookies there are set on their site, under their policy, only once you visit it.
Managing your choices
You can change your mind at any time: (also linked in the site footer). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly-necessary storage may stop the site from remembering your choice.
